Departure and Arrival

Hey Mom and Dad!  

We made it safely with all of our luggage and no problems :) I'm in Mexico City! :D The airplane ride was so cool! especially with all of the big fluffy clouds. They were so big and beautiful! Cienna and I did get sick though, like worse than car sick, when the plane first took off. But it didn't last too long for me. I'm glad Cienna was there with me. We had the same scheduled flights with two Elders as well so we didn't have to be alone, which was very helpful because we could all help each other out and make sure we didn't get lost.

Mexico City is so amazing!!! And despite the crazy drivers and crowded roads, there were men walking in between cars selling tamales! There's a lot of starting and stopping in certain areas of the road, and they were there in the slower traffic areas, but still! And they weren't even phased by it! Crazy, huh? 

I still can't believe I'm here. I'm a bit nervous still, but I'm more excited. I feel like I belong here :) I am so excited to get to work! 

Just so you know, my Preparation Day is every Thursday, so I can read and write emails to you then :) I love you so much! Thank you for all your love and support and for making it possible for me to get here :)
